Hey!

No, not yet but probably they'll fix it with WooCommerce 2.0.

Best regards,
Peter

Hi it's a problem the plugin, I sent a message to woocommerce and they had the same problem. Has anyone managed to modify the plugin to get it working?

Hi Vincent,

That looks like it should work and in testing the same exact shortcode except using one of my own product slugs on a post it spit out the correct group of categories. Perhaps there is a plugin that is conflicting with WooCommerce and causing its shortcodes not to work. Maybe double check that the category slug is correct or try out the shortcodes on a different blank post.

Regards,

Hi Peter,

Even using the slug and doing all sorts of variations it still will not show: [product_category category="eye-care" per_page="4" columns="4" orderby="date" order="desc"]

Thanks

Hi!

Use the category slug instead of the id - see: http://wcdocs.woothemes.com/user-guide/misc/shortcodes/#section-3

Hi,
In an article I created here: http://www.manscape.co.uk/remove-dark-circles-naturally/ I inserted after the text a WooCommerce shortcode to allow for a related product category to show after the article. For some reason or the other its not showing at all not even a hint of it. Is there something may have missed? Here is the shortcode I used with product category ID.

[product_category category="69" per_page="4" columns="4" orderby="date" order="desc"]

Thanks
Vince
