Thought I would bring something to your attention, though. I usually customise using the custom.css file, but was fiddling around with a few things before committing them to the stylesheet and instead inserted them in the quick css block. This was fine, changes were working, but then I upgraded the Wordpress version from 3.4 to 3.4.1 - all the changes I'd placed in the quick css block disappeared completely and I had to redo them.
