I would like to make the main slideshow on our homepage the 2D Fade Slideshow, but it appears that the Template Builder overrides that transition. When I have my Dynamic Template selected I can successfully select either 2D Featured Slideshow or the 3D Featured Slideshow, but when I select the 2D Fade Slideshow, the display is defaulted to 2D Featured Slideshow. Is there a way to override the override?

have you tried removing & reapplying your template to your homepage? I remember I edited a template once and it didn't work until I edited the page to a different template and reapplied the original template again. Also, have you cleared your cache?

Thank you for your suggestions. I tried reapplying the dynamic template, changing themes, updating the database, and cleared out the cache. But, that has not seemed to work. I think the issue is that the "featured slideshows" are only set up for the 2D Slider and 3D Block presentations. Is there a way to add fade to the arsenal of "featured slideshow" transitions?
