not resolvedHave 3 issues that are on a fresh install of WP 3.1
1)Index icon on nav bar does not link to index-(links to a category I have added to custom menu
2)All category areas show archive results for categories
3)Lightbox image in post displays smaller image-no matter what settings I try and apply (ideally I would like it to point to another image or disabled completely-either way is fine)
Ok -index icon issue i resolved-just added a home link and used the drag and drop in custom menu
just left with 2 issues now

I don't understand 2), can you elaborate please..
2) As far as I can see the lightbox works correct but your images are just small. I.e. the picture here: http://obrienwebdesign.com/wordpressthemes/2011/03/glance-business-portfolio-theme/ isn't much bigger than the thumbnail. You can easily deactivate the lightbox - on your post/page content editor page you'll find an option field called "Post Thumbnail Options" (it's on the right side). Set "Image Link" to "no link at all".
Yes that image isnt a problem,its the image in the post body (below the date)
and if for example -you click on the category-"Multi-Purpose Themes" -this is the heading-Archive for "Multi-Purpose Themes"
