Another question: based on what are inserted Related Products? You can change?

I'm not sure what you mean by edit the thumbnail images. The related product single image should be the first image in the Image Gallery (the one just below where you enter in item information and upload photos).
The related products are then displayed based on common Categories.

I would like to change the size of the thumbnail (200x200) of the product, those at the top. I hope I was clear.

Kindly open wp-content\themes\flashlight\woocommerce-config\config.php and find this line of code:
$avia_config['imgSize']['shop_catalog'] = array('width'=>200, 'height'=>140);
Just replace the width and height. Hope this helps. :)
