    Hi,

    I can’t get the 3rd level navigation to fold out nicely after the 2nd level on the right hand side instead of the left. Could you please help me with the css here.

    I assume it should be done in layout.css on line 153:

    #top .main_menu .menu li ul ul {

    left:-192px;

    top:-1px;

    margin:0;

    }

    Br,

    Pete

    Hi Peter,

    Here’s where I’m playing around with the theme: http://petefish.net/tahkospa2013/?lang=en

    -> Activities -> Subpage1 -> Subpage test4

    Hi Pete,

    Try adding the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

    #top .main_menu .menu li ul ul {
    left: 191px;
    top: -1px;
    margin: 0;
    }

    Hi,

    Thanks for a quick reply! Your suggestion worked which is great but now the 3rd level is one pixel higher that the 2nd level, but this can be aligned by setting top: -1px; to 0px.

    However, when a slider is activated the 2nd and 3rd navigation levels are 1px below the slider image but on pages without a slider the navigation is aligned correctly to the top section.

    You’ll see it here on the front page: http://petefish.net/tahkospa2013/

    Hi Pete,

    That is just the default setting for the dropdowns (you can see it in the demo).

    If you want to adjust the distance of the dropdown you would need to add the same css and change it to the alignment you want:

    .main_menu .menu ul {
    top: 30px;
    }

    Hi Devin,

    I’m not sure if I understood you’re response correctly or if I’m worse att CSS than I thought. I know that with the top-value I can adjust the distance of the dropdown.

    My issue is that I would like the top of the dropdown navigation to be perfectly aligned with the bottom of the header section. Now there’s a 1px gap. This is not the case when a slider is activated, it the same on the Coherence demo. But on a page without a slider the alignment is perfect.

    Hi Pete,

    I see a one pixel difference on the slideshow, but hard to spot but you can fix it with:

    .container.shift_menu {
    padding-top: 8px;
    }

    Hi Devin,

    Thanks again for your post!

    Yes, it is quite hard to spot, it’s really visible against the dark image.

    I added your fix to the custom.css file but I can’t see it doing any difference?

    Make sure you are refreshing 2-3 times so you aren’t getting a cached version of the file.
