My 4 column portfolio is not working, I have disabled my plugins, and widgets and can't get it working. I also noticed the light box is not working on some of the photos in the posts. Please help

I have deactivated all my plugins, I deleted my js file, and re uploaded it just incase the files were corrupted. I am banging my head against the wall, I really like this theme, but sure is temperamental. So at this point, lightbox doesn't work on my photos in the post. They will open up to there own page, and then I can open them. The sorting function doesn't even show up on my 4 column portfolio sortable page like my Avisio theme, and the demo theme you guys have.
