I love the facility where we can select the layout,, boxed or not ,
but here is my question ,
How can i apply a separate bg colour for the inner part of the boxed layout and apply another image for the out area ?
i really really hate to see the both inner and outer parts having the same background ...
is thier a elegent solution ?
i know tweaking the css would do it, but im waiting for a expert to reply as im not good at css

You can change the background color (outer parts) under Appearance > Background.
To change the inner part of the boxed layout you need to switch the theme style under Habitat Options (Dark, Light, Minimal). If you want to use completely different colors, there's some image editing, etc. necessary.
