could you specify where this issue is occurring? I don't see a black bar on the right hand side using Google Chrome on the site you linked to. Am I missing something?

If you resize the browser to 1024X768 then scroll right with a mouse or track pad there is a black bar running down the right hand side of the page. This seems only to be occurring in Chrome v. 16.0.912.75. I am using a mac.
