Hi, could you please help me? I have the Abundance template with WooCommerce webshop. I have the next problem: I can not upload an image to the shop product category thumbnail. Previously I could, but now not anymore. I don’t know what happened!! I upload the image, but it doesn’t get in the place, where it should be.

Please update Abundance to the latest version (I think it’s 1.5) – you’re using 1.2.1 at the moment and this can be an incompatibility issue between your “old” Abundance theme and WooCommerce.

Thanks, but where can I do the update, please give me the link!

You can download the update from http://themeforest.net/ – just log in and hover over your username (tab/button in the right top corner). A dropdown list will open – click on “Downloads”. Now you’ll see a list of all your purchased items with a “Download” button on the right side. Search for Abundance and download the files.October 30, 2012 at 8:09 am #94404
I updated the Abundance version 1.5, but the problem is still there, I cant upload the thumbnails to product category. When I try to upload, the picture comes to the bottom of the admin page, but no to thumbnail place. And a new problem generated with this new Abundance version, by the product page there is a duplicate content of the product. You can see it here: http://konyvmanufaktura.hu/shop/notesz/emlekkonyv-lanyoknak-04/

The second problem has been solved, it was the joke of the cache. But the first is still here: I cant upload the thumbnails to product category.

could you please help me in some theme localisation problem also? I cant find 2 things in po files: 1.: search site: this in header on the right side, 2.: Default sorting, Sort by most recent, Sort alphabetically, Sort by Price: this is in the webshop. I cant find these texts either in the Abundance .po, in the WooCommerce .po or the WordPress language file.November 1, 2012 at 8:21 pm #94407
To find the missing strings, please run the companion plugin to WPML plugin from.
I believe the thumbnails get automatically generated from the big (main) images that you upload. On the Add Products page, on bottom right corner there is ‘Set featured image’ link, Click it, upload your image, and you will see a link ‘Use as featured image’ , click the link and the thumbnail will be located on the same page where the ‘Set featured image’ was.

The WPML string translation does not find this string: Sort by most recent ….I tried to find it with Codestyling Localization, no result. Maybe there is not in the .po file? But where can I find it than?
May be you missunderstood me, there is no problem with the product thumbnail, I can’t upload the product category thumbnails.

You should be able to go to Products>Categories then select or create your category once that category is open select Upload/Add image where it says Thumbnail. Then Update the category.

I did so, but it doesnt work, the thumbnail image doesn´t get in to the right place. Earlier I succeed to upload it, but now I cant.
Another problem you can see here: http://konyvmanufaktura.hu/shop/notesz/neske-notesz-madardal/
The related products are duplicated with big images at the bottom of the product page.

Please try to help me, its very bad, that it worked earlier, and now I dont now why it happened

Hi Devin, Hi Dude
please try to help me solve this problem: http://konyvmanufaktura.hu/shop/tortenelem/esterhazy-csalad-ozorai-vadaszatai/
the whole product page is duplicated at the bottom of the page. This is the problem by all product pages.
I have the newest version of the Abundance theme 1.5 and Woocommerce 126.96.36.199

First disable all active plugins except for WooCommerce. You have a few plugins that are duplicating the same functionality and the very least that should be sorted out.
With everything disabled, try uploading your category images and getting the basic functionality of the store and theme working. Once everything is set, figure out which plugins you want to use for which functions and activate theme one at a time. After each one, check to make sure nothing has stopped working within the theme, WooCommerce and their functionality.
