Accidentally deleted sidebar widget

   After deleting the sidebar widget, my wordpress system crashed. I accidentally deleted the right nav widget area or sidebar widget and can't get back in. Although I am not a developer, I'm trying to figure out why this is happening.

   Hey,
   try to deactivate all plugins (or if you can't access the admin panel remove them from the wp-content/plugins folder). If this doesn't help try to upload all theme files & wordpress core files again by using a ftp software like filezilla.

   Now that I did that I am getting this warning:

   wp_register_script was called incorrectly. Scripts and styles should not be registered or enqueued until the wp_enqueue_scripts, admin_enqueue_scripts, or init hooks.
