    Hi,
    I do have a further question!
    I am unable to update the theme. We missed intermediate updates. I have tried the workarounds including using the plugin and manual ftp update, but it didn’t work.
    We have version 3.8 right now.
    I’d really appreciate some help. (I have no training in any of this, but have become the person who needs to resolve it)
