Add a custom title/header to Blog Posts Content Element

I have a 2/3 & 1/3 layout setup in the Advanced Layout Builder. In the 1/3 I have a few widgets stacked, and then the Blog Posts content element that displays two posts. Each of the Widgets and the Blog Post list are within their own colored box. I am trying to add a title to display above the first blog post that stays within the container of that particular shortcode.

Basically I am trying to add a custom title/overall header to the Blog Posts shortcode. The header option within the Magazine shortcode is what I’m trying to achieve, but overall the Magazine element doesn’t fit what I’m trying to achieve, which is why I’m now here.
