    Hi fredbussy,

    You’ll need to add a new div in the header.php right after the line:

    <div class='container_wrap' id='header'>

    Something like:

    <div class="banner-ad">

    <!--some banner content-->

    </div>

    Then add the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:

    .banner-ad {
    margin-left: auto;
    margin-right: auto;
    display: block;
    width: 300px;
    }

    Change it up as needed and add your html code for the banner where I put <!–some banner content–>.

    hi thank you for your answer it makes sense to me, but unfortunately it does not work Oô I do not know why there is no change

    (

    <!– ####### HEAD CONTAINER ####### –>

    <div class=’container_wrap’ id=’header’>

    <div class=”banner-ad”>

    test

    </div>

    </div>

    <!– end container_wrap_header –>

    )

    and I added the css code in two places indicate., but there is nothing that changes

    If you only have the word test in there, its a good chance you can’t see the content. Also make sure you are only using a single closing div and not two.

    If you have the site where we can take a look we might be able to help further but this is the basics of what you would need to add in a banner like this. If you aren’t comfortable with the css/html I’d definitely recommend looking into a freelance developer. It would only be an hour or so to get it all set up and customized.

    Regards,

    Devin
