I might be mistaken but the method seems to be different for Eunoia though.

You could either edit the /includes/helper-social-media.php and rewrite portions of it… or you can install a plugin such as http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/slick-social-share-buttons/ and create a shortcode for the social media service you want and add it to the theme header.
