Hi -
Just got Newscast and love it. Still going through docs and menus but I have 1 question right now. What is the best way to add editable static text (as in a text widget, etc.) at the top of each category archive page above the posts?

Hey,
you can create dynamic widget areas (Newscast Options > Sidebar & Footer) or you can use plugins like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/widget-logic/ - Widget logic gives you more control because you can display widget archive and category specific.Posted 1 year ago #
