Hello,
I recently upgraded to WP 3.5 and found out that the Add Media button is not working in Brightbox.
I researched this forum and WordPress forum, and tried the following steps already:
Upgraded to Brightbox 1.4
Deactivated all plugins
Nothing worked.
However, if I switch to WordPress Twenty Eleven theme the Add Media button works without problems, even with all plugins activated. So I'm assuming this could be a Brightbox issue and I'm asking for help.

Hi Kevin,
When I click on the Add Media button nothing happens, it's like clicking on text and not on a live link or button.
As I said before, I tried deactivating all plugins and it did not work. Then I tried switching to the WordPress Twenty Eleven theme with all plugins deactivated, and the Add Media button worked. Then I reactivated the plugins (with Twenty Eleven activated) and it worked. But when I switched back to Brightbox, the Add Media button stopped working. So I'm assuming this is a theme related issue.
I'm reading lots of posts on Google searches with the same issue, so I guess it's a very well known problem. I fixed it (for now) by using the solution posted here: http://www.carnfieldwebdesign.co.uk/blog/wordpress-fix-add-media-button-not-working/ . However, I'm not sure if in the long run this solution won't cause other problems.

Hi Daniel,
You could also try re-uploading your theme files in case something was corrupted on first upload. Without being able to reproduce or seeing lots of reports of the same issue with other users there isn't a lot we could do in regards to a theme update or something like that.
