Hi,
with the update to 1.3 (at least it looks like) i'm not able any more to add media to posts/pages. I'm able to make the attachments upload to them, but not to insert images or galleries... i'm the only one with this issue?

I've not heard of this issue yet and in a new install of the theme and wordpress I'm not having the same issue.
Try deactivating all your plugins and testing again, there might be a new conflict with a plugin that wasn't there before.
