    Hi, I’ve recently added woocommerce to my customers site and when you change the quantity in the basket and click update basket nothing happens. I found a previous thread about this but couldn’t find a fix. Is there anything I can do to sort this or do I just have to wait for the next update? If so can anyone give a time frame on that as my customers waiting for the shop and I’m not getting paid until it’s done.

    I’m on the latest version of WordPress, Enfold and Woocommerce and there aren’t any additional plugins installed on the site.

    Hey IASupport,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
