I wanted to possibly add a BBB logo and/or Authorize.net logo in the footer of my main site
dev dot fueldoctorusa dot com
Here is the code I was given from BBB (its not a script, but a direct image so I can scale it if necessary on my own hosting):
<a href="http://los-angeles.bbb.org/BusinessReport.aspx?CompanyID=100092829&source=ctc"><img src="http://los-angeles.bbb.org/images/clickratingsm.gif" /></a>
Here is the auth.net verified seal script:
I have 2 positions in mind and would like to know what the easiest would be:
1. in the third footer column (COMPANY), i would put the bbb logo at the bottom AND in the fourth footer column I will make it display 3 recent articles instead of 4 and put the auth.net logo right below it
2. in the fifth column I will put them both next to the social media icons
**** I can modify the BBB logo and make it smaller or larger. The auth.net one cant be****
I have also themed the site for volusion shopping cart at
store dot fueldoctorusa dot com
You can see on the store that I just stuck the logos in the STORE column (the fourth column). Unfortunately, because its hosted on volusion’s servers I wasnt able to theme it to pull in recent news from the wordpress hosted site… In any case, I would like to match both the main site hosted on wordpress and the volusion store the same (or as similar as possible)
I attempted to just add the codes to the bottom of the footer template in wordpress, but nothing happened…September 18, 2010 at 6:42 am #34447
Use text widgets to display your html code (logos). I would use text widgets in the third footer column (company/logo), in the fourth footer column I’d use a text widget under news widget and in the fifth column in combination with social icons…September 20, 2010 at 11:56 pm #34448September 21, 2010 at 12:15 am #34449
when i add a 5th widget in the footer widget section, it moves it down to the second line underneath the 1st column. how can i actually append the column with the logos?

Maybe the images are too big, so the column extends and moves down automatically. Please use smaller images, or change the column widths, so that the images fit into the last column.

I used your avatar: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5079331/dude-avatar.jpg
And its still dropping into to the 6th column (directly below the 1st column) : http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5079331/footer-capture.JPG
Its setup as a text widget: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5079331/widgets-order.JPG
Is there anyway to include it under the 4th or 5th columns?
Or am i brain dead and adding them completely wrong?
