I can't seem to access the assets in the Media Library when creating a hyperlink, is this normal?
I can only access existing pages, not individual PDFs for example.
I have to copy the URL from the item in the Media Libary and add it manually rather than scrolling through options in the hyperlink dialogue box.

I think the wordpress media libary supports images (and videos) by default. If you'd like to add other files you can use: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/file-gallery/
