I love the Portfolio sorting links but would like to add a text description that goes above the links. ie. "Please click any of the buttons here to customize the videos available for your viewing pleasure." How do I add this to the portfolio page??

You can do this - open up template_portfolio.php and just before the:
<div id='js_sort_items'>code, add:
<p>Please click any of the buttons here to customize the videos available for your viewing pleasure.</p>James
