I love this theme! But I would really like to add links in order to go from one post to another, next and previous post links.
Which plugin or php code is needed to achieve this?

in flashlight/includes/loop-index.php find
</div><!--end post-entry-->
Change this to
<?php next_post_link('%link', 'Newer', TRUE);?> / <?php previous_post_link('%link', 'Older', TRUE); ?> </div><!--end post-entry-->The above sometimes doesn't function as you'd want it to, an other solution would be:
<?php previous_post('« %', 'Older', 'no'); ?> / <?php next_post('% » ', 'Newer', 'no'); ?> </div><!--end post-entry-->This should both put a "newer" and "older" link below your blog posts before the comments.
