First of all it’s an awesome theme! :)
I’m having an issue adding the product categories to the top menu under Shop as the parent (with the images like in the demo). I cannot find product category when I’m in menu and it’s not covered in documentation or screencasts. I’m sure it’s something simple I’m missing. Thanks in advance.

you can create a custom menu by using WPs build-in menu manager. Go to Appearance > Menus and add pages, posts, custom links, etc (you can add more options by clicking on the “Screen Options” tab at the top right corner – you can select/deselect option fields there – i.e. the option field for “Product Categories”).
2) I made a screenshot with short instructions how to add images to the mega menu – I hope it helps:February 21, 2012 at 6:42 pm #60196
I tried adding an image as per your screenshot but the image does not display?

Did you add the image with the
<img src="http://imagesourcelocation..." />tag?February 21, 2012 at 10:06 pm #60198
I did but I also link the image to the page: here’s my code:
<a href="http://localhost:/wordpress/wp-content/gallery/dark-ginger-grizzly-feathers/"><img /></a>

I took the liberty of editing Lyse’s post to make the HTML show, I hope you don’t mind ;)
You have to make sure you’re also linking an image in there.
<a href="http://www.google.com"><img src="http://yourimage.com/location.jpg" /></a>February 22, 2012 at 12:45 pm #60201
Thank you Chris, however, I was only displaying text, not a real link. My website is not yet live. I simply wanted to have my HTML element examined.
Here it is again – I still don’t get the image:
" <a href="http://localhost/wordpress/shop/dark-ginger-grizzly-feathers"><img /></a> "

Please see: http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_img.asp
You are only putting in a hyperlink and not putting in an image properly. So for your example:
<a href="http://localhost/wordpress/shop/dark-ginger-grizzly-feathers"><img /></a>
You need to actually make it:
<a href="http://localhost/wordpress/shop/dark-ginger-grizzly-feathers"><img src="http://yourimage.com/location.jpg" /></a>
The “http://yourimage.com/location.jpg” is the location of the image. If you don’t provide that, the image won’t display because the browser has not been told to do that.February 23, 2012 at 10:53 pm #60203
I do have provided both locations:
<a href="http://featherfactorycanada.com/shop/dark-ginger-grizzly-feathers"><img /></a>
I you would like to look at it on my menu, let me know and I will be more than happy to provide you with login details.

You can send the login details to devinvinson(at)gmail.com . I can create an example for you on the site.February 24, 2012 at 10:48 am #60205February 24, 2012 at 12:15 pm #60206February 24, 2012 at 1:18 pm #60207
I noticed that your example links to my localhost and the image gets displayed (too big, but it’s there). However, when on my server,, the image still does not display even though I have the location of the website and the image correct.
Question though, why is it that your path for the image points to the CACHE folder?
