Adding products categories to my Main Menu ?

How I can add products categories to my Main Menu ?
In the "Appearance-->Menus" I can add all Post Categories
to the menu (like Technology, News, Uncategorized) but I am not
able to add "Products Categories" (Like Games, Jewelry, Prints…)

I also want to have a page for each product categories (with the small
category thumbnail chosen in "Product--> Product Categories")

Hey,
you can add more options by clicking on the "Screen Options" tab at the top right corner - you can select/deselect option fields there - i.e. the option field for "Product Categories"

So, It is possible to change the size of the category thumbnail ?
(I would like a little bigger and not square...)

Yes - You can change the image dimensions in functions.php (I'd only adjust the height value) and/or config-woocommerce/config.php. Afterwards regenerate the thumbnails with: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
