    Hello :)

    http://chelseachurch.co.uk/

    This is the website I’ve been working on, If I wanted to add some grey coloring to the footer or add some grey borders around the carousel wheel, how would I go about it?

    The website is coming together, but there are alot of white-spaces, and so I wanted to know if I could change the color in certain places and break up the pages.

    Many thanks

    Hey,

    you can use following css code (in css/custom.css) to change the footer and (or socket) color:

    #socket, #footer{
    background: #333;
    }

    The slideshow background requires following code:

    .slideshow_container{
    background: #333;
    }

    You can change the color in certain places but there’re limitations of course (div structure, different css classes, etc.).

    Hi there :)

    Thanks for the help.

    Just one more thing, If I want to change the inner footer colour to match the outer footer colour, how would I do this, if it’s possible

    Many thanks

    As far as I know there’s only one footer area and a socket area (where the copyright text is located). The background of the footer content can be changed with:

    #footer{
    background: #333;
    }

    or for the centered content area with:

    #footer .container{
    background: #333;
    }
