I checked documenation, and refer to exsting post with Vimeo embedded.
However, the Vimeo in my new post is not showing on the post.
Could you please show me exactly how to add / embed Vimeo to a post using Shoutbox??

I just checked with YouTube URL, and I had absolutely NO problem with adding YouTube URL to a post a video on Shoutbox.
Please, one of the appeals of Shoutbox theme is its ability to add images and videos from multiple surces. And Vimeo is definitely one of the most popular sources.
Please give me an advise on this one, as the whole point of using this theme may be missed if the issue cannot be resolved.

If it's a featured video (the image at the top of the post) you just copy and paste the full vimeo url into the section of the featured media panel that says: "Apply link to the image?"
You select the option that says "Embed video when image is clicked" and then paste the url into the box below.

I have tried the method you suggested. But the result was as shown in the following URL.

Basically URL of the Vimeo is displayed, but no image can be shown.
There is a sign showing that it's trying to access the video, but it seems going into a never-ending loop.
As for the setting screen, this is what I did.

I think this happened to me once and I cant remember how I fixed it!
The most basic thing I can suggest right now is make sure that the url is correct when entered (also check that the vimeo video is public). Sometimes wordpress adds and extra http:// in front of the link. Other times the changes to the post aren't saved properly and you have to add the image or link again and republish.
If that doesn't work, I'm not sure what it is, but I'm sure one of the support guys can help you.

I've tried removing http:// and republish the article. It didn't work.
But I realized that what I have copied wasn't exactly http://. Instead, it was https://.
So I changed the URL to http:// and republished again.
Then, voila! I got it!
