Currently the default colour is white for my additional headline (www.thebanquetingtable.ca). How do I change that to black or another colour? Also I uploaded a background image. Any recommended size I should consider so it would repeat it less?
Cheers and thanks!
we are using the default minimal theme and like it. We like the “additional headline” colouring in your “dark theme” in avisio… so that is the font colour we want for that 1 spot. thanks for you time.
1) Open up style.css and add following code to the very bottom:
color: #fff !important;
The headline will be white if you use the code above but you can adjust the color value.
2) There’s no recommended size for backgrounds. Big background images have the advantage that they won’t repeat but they can cause longer loading times and often they cause design problems on smaller screens. I wouldn’t use images larger then 1920×1080 but it’s up to you. There various solutions out there which adjust the background image size automatically depending on the users’ resolutions..
