    hi,

I’ve been having this spinning issue all the time after wordpress upgrade, and I can always fix this issue by “fix permissions” on files and folders.
I use hosting tools to achieve this fix:
    >> “This option will set the permissions of all files for this application to 644. Folders’ permissions will be set to 755.”

so basically I have no idea which files or folders permission are causing this issue.

    Two questions:

    1. Would you fix this issue from theme core so it won’t happen again?
    2. If not, which specific files or folders should I be fixing? (I am asking because I am switching to another hosting which does not have this tool to fix all files and folders at once)

    thank you :)

    Hey decode!

Not really sure what the exact problem is from your description but it sounds like a server issue. If your switching hosting providers then you probably will not experience it on the new server.

If you do see problems then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look. Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.2.3, and deactivate all plugins while testing.

    Regards,
    Elliott
