    Hello!

I’m nearly done customizing my company’s new site using your theme and I’ve encountered a hiccup in my testing.

I’ve built a slide in LayerSlider using a video background. It works perfectly except when I tested it in Safari in OS X. After a few seconds of the video playing, the entire content of the slide jumps up, including my text, logo, and button. It looks like the entire thing moves so that the timeline bar of the video is visible. It works fine in Chrome and Firefox. Do you know of a fix for this issue? A link to my website is supplied.

My apologies. My dev domain needs some work.

    Hi,

Thank you for the update. I can’t reproduce the issue on my end. Could you please provide a short clip of the issue? Or try this css code in the Quick CSS field to constrain the height of the video container.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

Sorry my response has taken so long. I’ve added links to a video below.

    Hey!

Thank you for the update. And we are very sorry for the late response. I checked the test page but it doesn’t exist anymore. Did you remove it? The previous url is not working either.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
