    We have a major issue with the Avanced Layout Editor not loading. We were using Enfold 3.0.4 on WordPress 4.0.1 (these have since been updated).
    Whenever we try to edit a page we get this:
    Builder won't load
    The loading icon will just spin indefinitely.
    Then, whenever we try to go to another part of the site right after attempting to edit a page we get a “connection reset” error.

    We have already done a lot of research into this issue. Our host, Go Daddy, says that something on the site is using too much memory (Upwards of 400MB) when we try to edit a page and thus our connection is being reset. We attempted to up the upload limit in order to fix this and though we changed it to allow a 1000 MB upload successfully the issue was not resolved.

    We have turned off all plugins, they are not the issue. We have updated Enfold and WordPress, both are up to date as of today (January 4th, 2016). When we turned off Enfold by switching to a default WordPress theme, everything worked fine again.

    All of this research now leads us to believe that the issue lies with Enfold. Can you help us fix it?

    Hi jaimemerz,

    Neither your theme or WordPress is up to date, current theme version is 3.4.7 and WordPress is 4.4, could you try updating them to see if that helps?

    I’m looking at the site right now and they are absolutely up to date. The website is running Enfold 3.4.7 on WordPress 4.4, updates that we applied yesterday and they did nothing to solve the issue, as I said above. Did you misread my original post? I tried to give you all of the information, and you have a login if you wish to confirm that the site is up to date. We are in an incredible rush to fix this. How fast can you give us a solution?

    The advance layout builder works fine when I created a test page. Is this happening on a particular page? http://new.colleenforaker.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=1227&action=edit

    Did you add any html tags in any of the page with the issue? Please make sure that all html tags are closed properly. Also, please switch the builder to debug mode: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

    Our site is not working either. Just upgraded to Woocommerce 2.5.1 and it just spins, won’t load. http://www.ccwsafe.com

    Hi!

    The login credentials above are not working. Please check. For testing purposes, please deactivate all plugins first then hard refresh the page builder or test it on another browser.
