After PayPal redirected, no downloadable links.

Hi,

The store worked fine for a while..I'm not sure if the problem started after the latest wordpress release or what, but after the buyer checks out, he in brought to the order received page, but there is only a name of the product he purchased and no downloadable link.
It used to work, the person could click on the downloadable link.
Also, no email is sent to the buyer worth the downloadable link.

Help asap please!

And the orders are always either pending or processing...

Hi!

Please check if this is a theme related issue or a plugin error. Try to switch to another theme (eh use the standard WP theme "TwentyEleven") and check if the error persists.

Hi Peter, the problem persists even when I change the theme.. But, would you have any suggestions ...? Thank you!

Hi rawvolta,

Make sure you're using the most recent version of WooCommerce and that you have the downloadable product set up correctly,

Generally just go back through all your settings and double check they are correct.

If you still have the issues, try the WooCommerce forums and see if they have an answer/idea for you :)

Hopefully its an easy fix!
