When using the AJAX Portfolio, I would like to use the Gallery

Wondering if it is possible to make the Large Image view within the AJAX Portfolio re-size on each rollover to match the format (either portrait or landscape).

This would be when using “Single Portfolio Big Slider” for example. Right now the images are all the same size. I realize I could use “Single Porfolio Full Slider” – which shows the full images stacked.

I also realize that I can set it to go to Lightbox to see the image in it’s original image format (portrait or landscape), but was wondering it there was a way to make it respond to the original image size/format.

    Is that possible?
    Thanks.

    Hey kevbikemad!

Actually, the image does resize, take a look:

Thanks, but that is not the portfolio page or style I was meaning. In the AJAX portfolio sample here.

If you click on Single Portfolio: Big Slider, the image and thumbnails are below, they are within the AJAX Porfolio page. They are not on a page on their own like the “other” Single Portfolio Big Slider sample page in the Portfolios section. (I know, it’s confusing for me too).

That is the one I was hoping could resize, when it is on the AJAX portfolio page. So image on the left, with the thumbnails below. When you roll over the thumbs, the image that loads above would resize (or show the full image), not just the “featured image” size.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi!

No, that isn’t easily possible. You would need to have a freelance developer customize the ajax portfolio view to allow for that to happen.

    Regards,
    Devin
