Looks like all the "featured media" photos I have, for both blog posts and portfolio items, are all being stored in the same directory. I figured these uploads would get stored based on the date, as I've made updates in January, February and March. But everything is getting stored here:

I've customized the theme a great deal, but wondering if I've crossed some wires somewhere. Things still work fine for now, but I imagine that this will make media management a great deal more difficult in the future, when everything's just getting dumped into the same location over and over again.
Any help would be appreciated.
