Hello – i’ve gone though the documentation but can’t quite seem to figure this one out. My client sells candles and instead of creating five different product pages to accomodate five different scents (for example), I’d like to be able to have one product page and allow the customer to choose from a drop-down (or however it’s built in) one of the five relevant scents. Is this possible and can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

    Hi,

First you need to create a new Attributes on Products > Attributes. Create the “Scent” attribute for example then add the five scents. Now create a new product then on Product Type select Variable Product. Go to Product Data below the Product Type, look for Attributes tab. Add the Scent attribute. After that, go to Variations tab and add 5 variations with different scents. :)
