    Is it possible to ‘disable’ the “Reset All Options” button on the Template Builder page?

    Our site now has over 40 dynamic templates (and over 400 portfolio items), that button is WAY TOO DANGEROUS—since we found out months ago, when we were just starting the development of the site, that there is no “Are You Sure” warning, and no ‘undo’!

    It looks like this was added in the latest version of Angular or the latest edition of the framework Kriesi built:

    answer = confirm(“This will delete every theme setting made so far and revert the theme option pages to factory settings. nDo you really want to do that? “);

    But if you are determined to never use that button, why would you after having 40 dynamic templates, you can simply comment it out. You’ll see the button again when you patch to the latest version:

    In frameworkphpclass-htmlhelper.php

    Line 1161:

    function reset_button()

    {

    $output = ‘<span class=”avia_style_wrap”>Reset all options</span>';

    return $output;

    }

    Change to

    function reset_button()

    {

    /*

    $output = ‘<span class=”avia_style_wrap”>Reset all options</span>';

    return $output;

    */

    }

    Rabx is correct. There was a warning added in and you can also remove it following the directions above :)

    Rabx/Devin,

    Phew! THANKS MUCH! (It’s gone!) We will probably upgrade to the newest theme version after we get everything fixed and all the content loaded.

    ISSUE CLOSED.
