Hi, sidebar news widget (on the theme also left footer column) plays funny in both IE and Firefox. In IE it manages to shrink both headlines and fonts to smaller size while in Firefox it only works on headlines, leaving excepts in the original font and larger than headlines? Is there a way to coordinate it somehow?
Can ou provide a link to your website please. It’s hard to say what’s going on without investigating the website first hand.
Hi, its not that important. Its happening on your template site as well as mine, so technically, mine is not malfunctioning. Here http://www.kriesi.at/themes/newscast/ the ‘community news’ middle column and ‘latest news’ left footer column behave differently in FF and IE. I.e. in FF only headers get reduced and in IE both the header and the text are made smaller. I understand its changing font size as its picking from different blogs, would be nice if it did it in the same manner (whichever) so that I know its depth in the footer, which is currently different due to font sizes.
You can try to distinguish between h3/h4 headings and text by using following code:
Oh that’s dumb of me. I assumed it was a separate widget which wasn’t showing anywhere for some reason. I can just specify extra parameters for it.
