Hi guys. I like the new UI here. Is there any way to link to a page at a specific sidebar tab??

    Thanks

    Hi mgma,

Yes, when you click on any tab element it changes the URL to that elements ID. So you would then just copy the url after clicking and use it as your link.

    For example: http://www.kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/tabs/#tab-id-7

    Regards,

    Devin

Thanks Devin.. it doesn’t do this in Replete though. In Enfold it does… but my tabs in replete do not change at all… not on your demo either. How can I make the replete tabs effect the URL too?

    Thanks

Ah sorry about that. Yes, in Replete the shortcode is different and doesn’t use the same code. So unfortunately there isn’t a way to link directly to a specific tab that I know of.

ok. Any ideas for a workaround? Can you run it past the boss?

    Thanks Devin.

Not that I know of. I’ll tag the other support crew to see if they have any ideas.

    Hi!

Actually Enfold uses a new version of the tab script which uses the html data attribute instead of the eq selector and it’s not easily possible to implement the Enfold tab script into Replete without modifying the shortcode code. I’ll mark this thread for Kriesi – maybe he’s interested to update the Replete js script.

    Best regards,
    Peter
