   I don't see few files like custom.css, /framework/php/class-form-generator.php in wordpress editor (Appearance -> Editor).

   Hi cimns,

   Yes that is correct, not all files from the theme are listed under the regular wordpress editor. You'll need to use FTP to access the rest of the theme files that are not listed there.
