    Hi,
    I have multiple sites using Enfold — all paid for separately. Was just going into one to update contents in a text block. Initially all was well, and started to make changes. However, after I left one page and went to another the appearance of the editing window changed! Yikes! I checked my other sites and they are okay. I can forward a screen shot. I do have a backup I could restore, but that’s always dicey. Don’t want to do any work on it until this is figured out. (fyi… I will be traveling tomorrow, so I may not be able to respond to any replies until 12/31)

    Hi jancecile!

    Ok, send us a WordPress login and a screenshot highlighting the issue and we’ll take a look.

    Make sure Enfold is updated to the latest version, 3.4.7, and that all plugins are deactivated while testing.

    Re-read your post and realized that I had yet to go through the plugin deactivated/reactivate one at a time test — and I found the culprit! Thanks!!!
