If you go to my master portfolio page here:
http://atomic80photography.com/portfolio/
you'll see the thumbnails are not in the same order as my portfolio navigation menu. How can I rearrange these thumbnails? I can't seem to drag and drop the portfolio items in the control panel.

You can use plugins like: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/post-types-order/ for this task.
