    Is it possible to have the samme blinking arrow like the one in the Transparent Header to scroll down to next section on regular pages ?

    Yes i know, but it dosen’t scroll down.
    Is it possible to put some css in some where to get the same effect so you get the same arrow like the Head page with transparent header.
    (blinking in the bottom, and scroll down to the next section)

    No, the Arrow is only available in FullScreen Sliders and Color Sections.
