   hi,

   i want create new category like "news" or whatever.. i want if i post some article and i chose category news, they not display on slider or featured post.

   can i do that ?

   Hey,
   yes - you can select the categories which should appear in the slider under Newscast Options > Mainpage Options

   Just don't add the news category to the slider and it won't display.
