If you have troubles since the update to WordPress 4.5 please read this post before opening a new thread.
We are struggling to Autohide the left sidebar (by default) when viewing the Full Gallery Mode.
So, we created:
with two image in it…
A./ the left sidebar is ‘present’, and we prefer, by default that this is collapsed with the Photo thumbnails at the bottom to choose image, next to Home Icon as default view…
How can we achieve this please?
B./The Background image doesn’t seem to be scaling correctly, even thou we have chosen the option
‘Background Gallery Image Cropping/resizing”
to Images should be scaled to fit…
Your input and help would be appreciated
For A) At the bottom of the page, under Gallery Options, find Instant Background Gallery and set this to Display Gallery on page load, user needs to click on the “home” button to show sidebar and content
For B) The orientation of your image is portrait and the screen is landscape, the image is forced to stretch horizontally and the top & bottom is cut off from the screen. I think the only way to fix this is to use a wider image.
Hope this helps.
I’m trying to get some support for Angular — I’ve posted, but no replies thus far. I’d like to know if there is a way to specify a portfolio permalink — I would like the title of the portfolio entry to link to a page, rather than to a portfolio. Can you advise?
Thanks, and sorry for posting within a thread that’s off-topic to my request!
