Some users can't post any more features or cast votes. I believe they reached their limit so I reset the limit to 20 votes but it still won't allow them to vote and they can't post either.
Any thoughts as to why it's blocking them from doing both?

Hey,
as far as I know the plugin works with cookies for external users and WP users. It also writes a database entry for wp users so that they can't cheat (i.e. by deleting the cookie and reconnecting). Maybe you delete the cookie or the database entry but you missed the other value....Posted 2 years ago #
