    I can’t continue edit my page – content is deleted after saving page. I saw several topics here, but I didn’t see solution.

    What I tried:
    – Installing clean WP (without plugins) and clean parent Enfold theme;
    – Changing server memory limit to 256M and 512M;
    – Checking in different browsers, PCs and OSs.

    I understand, that problem in my generated content (shortcodes), but how can I debug it?

    Hey IkarusDev,

    does this happen with every page? if not then please create a new page. Check if this is about a caching issue and ask your host if they’re using any caching on your server.

    If you still need help please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I wrote that I tried do it with another CLEAN wp install, WITHOUT any plugins. And if you see video I recorded, I do it on localhost.
    This problem is happening only with code, that I shared in first message, in every page, in every wp+enfold install ( you can check on your any wp+enfold installation ).

    Thanks for the login details, though there seems to be a password prompt before reaching the login page as well (.htaccess). Could you share those details as well please?

    our website can’t be edited because we are dependent on this. I’d appreciate if you could help us find the problem. I’m fine paying for it. More important that it get’s done. This has already cost us 10x cost of theme in developers debugging etc…

    Thanks for the details, I can’t find a page called 123 like in your video though. Could you link directly to the page where you are having problem please? Your problem is likely due to open html markup which breaks the builder, please try looking for anything like that. Example of html markup closed properly:

    <strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>

    On video I make test on my LOCALHOST (I wrote about it).

    And I use Avia Layout Builder debug mode. When I can copy shortcodes from one site/page and move them to another. I also gave this code for you.

    Hello,

    this is a frustrating support experience.
    You keep pushing things along, nobody is even reading. Do you get paid per post?!
    Could you not simply look at it and go from there? We have tried all of the things you mentioned, even some recorded, installed. You will be able to replay the error on your own computer as well with a fresh copy.

    Here is also what our page-building guy says. Keep in mind, he has build thousands of pages across different companies.

    Then again, the problem persists on fresh installs as well, so I’m not sure if it’s a server issue.

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
