    Hi guys, running latest enfold, latest wordpress. Had no problems and then layout builder just started spinning. Tried disabling all plugins. Tried loading up a previous revision. Tried different browsers. All no good. Unable to view homepage but other pages fine. When I created an admin account for you and logged in to check it, I was able to see and use the layout builder! However, I am still unable to see the homepage. I will send you both log in credentials if you can take a look please.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    I think you forgot the actual url of the website. Please check. Make sure that you’re running Enfold 3.0.1 on WordPress 4.0.

    Seems like something went wrong while updating the theme, re-updating the theme should correct the issue

    Have you updated the theme via FTP and made sure to overwrite all files? There are still bunch of errors in console

    I also cannot add featured images when I add products or add any media on posts.
    If I choose to add images via the media uploader, it works fine!
    We need a fix for this quickly as it makes it hard to do any work on pages, posts, products …..

    I have had to delete my installation and try again from fresh as they seem to have given up support on this. Most disappointed. It was working fine and then the layout builder just started spinning. Bizzare. It has set me back at least a week.

    Okay guys, after spending a lot of time on this I have found something that worked for me. It has to do with admin. I created a new user and gave it admin rights.
    I logged out of the site and logged in with the new user name. This immediately gave me access to the avia layout builder without spinner of death. I then copied the problem page to a new draft (as I was still unable to view the page after publishing even though I could use the layout builder). I deleted the original page and renamed the draft to homepage. Success!
    Hope this may help others who get the dreaded spinning intro thing.
