    Hey!


    @koen_dieren     Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps. Then you can activate them one by one to find the culprit

    Hi Yigit,

    Tried that didn’t work. I’ve seen this issue occur a lot with this theme, the support thread is flooded with this issue. What is happening here?

    Hi,

    Im starting to get frustrated, can anyone actually get back at me and help me solve this huge issue that is stopping me from creating my website? I cannot use the avia layout builder.

    On top of that I’ve updated the theme and now a message across my dashboard reads: “An automated WordPress update has failed to complete – please attempt the update again now.” and updating again also doesn’t work.

    Hey!

    Looks like the update doesn’t go through successfully. Please download the latest version Enfold 3.0.1 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Updated through ftp: Did not work.
    Tried deactivating my childtheme still the avia layout builder doesn’t work.
    Can someone actually go into my website and fix this bug?

    Hi Yigit,

    Thank you for the support. It appears that the wp editor plugin was the culprit.
