    Hello Kriesi and Enfold Support Team,

    The Avia Layout Builder suddenly stopped working properly. Whenever I tried editing a page, the builder slightly loads and crashes. Instead of showing the site elements, it shows the home page of my main site on the screen. My site is using the multi-site feature and this is happening on all pages for all created sites.

    I tried activating and deactivating plugins and switching between my Enfold theme and Enfold child theme but nothing works.

    I have provided you the login details but it is currently not active. We just encountered another issue where the site redirects us to the home page every time we try updating a user profile or site setting. We will need to fix that first before I am able to successfully activate the temp account.

    Do you have any suggestions on what to do for that?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the details but they are not working unfortunately, could you check please? Clearing the cache from your browser and restarting could help. You could also try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict. If that is not the case you could try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
