I did not have any reply to my question in these months, so I’ve decided to open the last request.
Sorry, but It seems that nobody here in the support forum want help me..
The problem is: Avia Layout Builder is not loading properly with Woocommerce.
The message on product page is “Please note that the Advanced Layout Builder for products will not work with all WooCommerce Extensions”.
What can I do?
I’ve followed the guideline: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/ but it doesn’t work anyway.
Even with a child theme.
I wonder if is better switch off Woocommerce plugin or purchase a new theme.Hey marketingjumpking,

Please provide the url to the site plus the login credentials so that we can check one of the products. I will ask @Basilis to check the thread again.

We added this note because some of the WooCommerce extensions may not work properly if you switch to the advance layout builder. Are you using any of those extensions?

I did not add any extension.
I’ve deactivated, for the moment, the other plugins.Kind Regards

The site is using a very old version of the theme, 3.4.7. Please upgrade to version 3.8.4. If you can’t see the newest version in the theme options, please update the theme manually via FTP.

I checked your site and it appears due to a plugin conflict the layout builder is not loading in product pages.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:
1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist (Check for js errors in console tab) when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

Avia Layout buider doesn’t work with Woocommerce :
1. I have deactivated all active Plugins except Woocommerce
2. WordPress and Enfold are already updated to latest version.
3. All plugins are updated.
4. There are not any Woocommerce extensions activated
4. Product pages seem to be frozen. I can’t use Advaced layout builder, I can’t use Standard Editor (please see link)Best regards.

any suggestion? After 3 months the response is always “upgrade your theme” but, as you can see, is not the solution.
This response is convincing me to change the theme or switch off WCplugin

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

AndyHi any news on this? I followed all the above steps and seem that there is a compatibility issue with editing the single products pages using the page builder.
Can you advise a solution if any?

Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site. Also please try to explain the problem you are having a bit further.
I’ll close this thread for now since it’s more than 3 years old.
